We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (working days only). The delivery cost is based on the weight of your order and size, your delivery location and the level of service that you require.

We currently offer two services for UK customers:

Economy Courier (3-5 working days)

Orders over £85.00 are free of charge and are sent via our Economy Courier service.

If any of your items are out of stock, we aim to let you know before the order is dispatched.

Please note that deliveries to UK Offshore, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland destinations cannot be guaranteed to arrive as described above. Deliveries to those destinations will be dispatched with Royal Mail, which usually takes 3–7 working days.

All goods listed on the site are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (working days only). If the order is placed after 1.00pm, it will be dispatched the following day, except Friday, where the goods will be dispatched the following Monday.


We currently only ship within mainland Uk


You should give a delivery address where someone is available to take the parcel during working hours. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel when it arrives, the driver will either take it away for redelivery at a later date or leave it in a safe place at the delivery address.

Please use the 'Special Instructions' box on the checkout page to enter a safe place where the parcel can be left in case you are not in e.g. with a neighbour. It is your responsibility to make sure that either someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address or that you leave special instructions with us.

If you are likely to be at work, you could consider having the parcel sent to your workplace. You will need to enter a separate delivery address for this.

Entering a mobile phone number is preferable in case we need to contact you about your order or delivery. If we are unable to contact you for any reason, this may delay the progress of your order.

Please Note: - Orders will be dispatched to the address entered in at the ‘Shipping Information’ stage of the checkout process. We cannot take responsibility for orders not being received due to an incorrect address being entered. Once you have placed your order please check that the shipping address on your confirmation email is correct, please contact us immediately if this is not the case. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged the full delivery cost. Sugarbliss Cake Decorating Company will not be responsible for, or liable for, failure to meet specific delivery times.

The delivery costs for your order will depend on weight and location. To calculate the shipping costs of your order and to see all options available, please use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” box on the shopping basket page. Simply select United Kingdom as the country and enter your postcode under “Zip/Postal Code” and click on “Get a Quote”. Below is a table of charges for delivery to United Kingdom. Royal Mail is used for parcels weighing up to 2kg. Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier (Parcel Force).

Reporting Damaged items

If your items are delivered by the courier service and the package appears to be damaged, please check the items whilst the delivery person is there. If anything is damaged, please do not sign for the parcel and instruct it to be returned to Sugarbliss Cake Decorating Company. We will then replace the order. Claims for damaged items must be made on the day of delivery and we may ask for a photograph or return of the items in way of proof.  Please note that all damaged or missing items must be reported on the day of delivery.

Please report all missing or damaged items by sending an email to:

enquires@sugarblisscakedecoratingcompany.co.uk including details of your name, order number, date of order, items damaged or missing and a contact phone number, in order for us to proceed with a claim from the carrier on your behalf. We cannot accept late claims. We will then arrange for replacement of damaged or missing items as required to ensure your order is completed.


Reporting an Order as Missing

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost by the postal provider, as the sender we will be responsible for making enquiries and claiming for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days for Royal Mail UK deliveries, 28 working days for Royal Mail international deliveries), we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

If a parcel is sent using a courier delivery service (Parcel Force) we should get a much quicker and more detailed response from the courier.
